Account Lock

At Gridy we believe a User should be in control of their account at all times; the Gridy Account Lock is like a digital front door to an account, only the registered account holder with the key is able to unlock their account to request & complete a Gridy authentication challenge.

Traditionally, a User would only ever be locked out of their account after a number of failed authentication attempts (if ever). At Gridy we believe a User account should be locked at all times and only be unlocked by the registered account holder from their Gridy Authenticator app when requesting a new authentication challenge.
