Account Settings Add profile information to your account if you want. Only an email address is required when signing up & using the Gridy ID authentication service. Account Profile information is only used when sending secure documents using the Gridy Challenge Docs service. ...will add your corporate or personal profile information including a profile picture/logo in a cover email sent to the recipient.

Gridy Settings

Linked Accounts Link up to 10 Email addresses to your Gridy acoount. Linked accounts let you request authentication challenges for multiple email addresses.

Add Linked Account Select the Add icon in the top-right corner of the Account screen to add a new Email address. You will need to verify any additional Email addresses by entering the 4-digit code

Multi-User Login Create multiple accounts on the same device, making shared devices

Multi-Environment Use the Gridy Service selector to connect the authenticator app to another Gridy server environment. Choose Custom and enter the URL of your Gridy ID Authentication server if you are a Managed or White Label customer or running the Gridy Authentication Community Edition on your own servers. The Gridy Service dropdown selector is hidden on the login screen, to view, press down for 5 secs under the Login button.
